Whiteside 3-Wing Slot Cutter

Slot cutters are used to cut a slot perpendicular to the router shaft.The slot cutter is like a little saw blade.It requires a Slot Cutter Arbor to mount it in the router.The height of the slot is controlled by the kerf of the slot cutter blade.The depth of cut is controlled by the size of bearing on the slot cutter arbor.

Slot cutters are 1-7/8″ in diameter with a 5/16″ arbor hole.

Depth of cut by bearing size – Bearings and arbors sold separately

• Use 5/16″ ID x 1-3/8″ OD bearingfor 1/4″ depth of cut.
• Use 5/16″ ID x 1-1/8″ OD bearingfor 3/8″ depth of cut.
• Use 5/16″ ID x 7/8″ OD bearingfor 1/2″ depth of cut
• Use 5/16″ ID x 3/4″ OD bearingfor 9/16″ depth of cut.
• Use 5/16″ ID x 5/8″ OD bearingfor 5/8″ depth of cut.

Note: Slot cutter arbor and bearing are NOT included and must be purchased separately.
