If you’ve ever felt like a contortionist as you twisted your arms into a position that allowed you to hold a framing square in place while striking a line from it, you’ll love this. The Veritas Square Fence adds grace and ease to layout work with a carpenter’s square. It clamps onto either side of either blade of the square, giving you a handle wherever you want it, and giving the square the ability to balance along the edge of a workpiece without flopping over at just the wrong moment. The 8″ long anodized aluminum extrusion can be flipped vertically; if the broad ledge doesn’t work for you, the thin ledge lets you work on stock as thin as 1/4″ without hanging it over the edge of your workbench.
