Tormek US-430 Universal Support Extended

The US-430 Universal Support Bar gives you additional reach so you can sharpen larger blades like cleavers, machetes and long knives. Like the standard US-105 , this support includes a micro-adjust scale & nut. It is 436mm (17-3/16″) long – that’s 100mm (4″) longer than the US-105. The support bar length includes ~50mm (2″)on the short side so you can use the honing wheel without repositioning in some cases. The legs are 200mm (8″) long – that’s 55mm (2-3/16″) longer than the US-105.

The US-430 can be mounted in three positions on your Tormek machine.

• Veritcally for sharpening into the edge
• Horizontally for sharpening away with the edge
• Horizontally on the honing wheel side (for honing)

The US-430 is compatible with Tormek T-8 , T-7, T-4 , T-3 and older machines (model 2000, etc.).
