Kreg Concealed Hinge Jig

Kreg’s Concealed Hinge jig is a simple solution for drilling concealed hinge holes. (You may know concealed hinges as euro hinges, 35mm hinges or cup hinges.) It helps you drill a clean hole in the proper position, offset and depth with ease.

Positioning and Drilling

Set the cams on the jig body to the offset specified by the hinge manufacturer. Position the jig vertically on the door using the measuring scale.Clamp the jig in place and attach the drill guide and bit. Drill the cup hole and you’re almost finished. The last step is to remove the drill guide assembly and drill the screw holes with a 1/16″ drill bit.

The Kreg Concealed Hinge Jig works with hinge offsets of 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, & 6mm. It can position hinges 50mm (2″) or further from the top or bottom of a door.
