Narex Card Scrapers

Narex’s high-carbon steel scrapers are hardened and have a polished surface. They come in rectangluar for most flat surfaces and two varieties of curved for convex and concave surfaces.

The rectangular scraper is 150mm x 65mm x 0.7mm (5.9″ x 2.6″ x 0.03″).

The curved scraper has two straight sides and two curved sides (one concave and one convex). It is 135mm x 50mm x 0.7mm (5.3″ x 2″ x 0.03″).

The gooseneck scraper is mostly for concave surfaces, but has one tight inside curved for the outside of small round items. It is 120mm x 70mm x 0.7mm (4.7″ x 2.75″ x 0.03″).

A thinner version of “The Original Sandvik Scraper”. Bahco’s hard Swedish cold-rolled, hardened and tempered chrome-nickel steel takes a fine burr & holds it much longer than ordinary card scrapers. Machined surfaces & edges come ready for sharpening & burnishing. A well-sharpened scraper can cut your finishing time in half. Card scrapers are ideal for finishing, removing glue squeeze-out, leveling across joints, and eliminating tearout. The Bahco Thin 474 with .023″ is considerably more flexible than the .032″ – better for spot work and curved surfaces. Comes with a plastic protective sleeve, 2-7/16″ x 4-15/16″ x .023″.
