The Collins Coping Foot enables you to use your handheld jigsaw to cope crown and other moldings with the accuracy of a handsaw and the speed of a power tool.A contoured steel foot replaces the flat factory base of your saw allowing you to easily follow a scribe line or bevel cut profile.Just secure the millwork to a bench or sawhorse, hold the saw upside down by the saw’s body and cut away the waste.The Collins Coping Foot comes with complete instructions on how to mount it to most professional quality jigsaws. It will not fit fixed base jigsaws or spiral rotary tools.

Collins Coping Foot for Festool 420 Carvex Jigsaws

The Festool Carvex Coping Foot is custom made to fit the Festool Carvex jigsaws . It changes out in minutes using the Carvex quick change base system. The Festool Carvex Coping Foot is not compatible with Festool Trion Jigsaws . (Festool Trion jigsaws use the standard Coping Foot.)

Collins Tool recommends the --> Bosch T244D Jigsaw Blade --> for the best results with the Collins Coping Foot. If you prefer Festool blades, the equivalent is the Festool S75/4K blade .

Note:Due to changing manufacturers’ specs and the sheer number of jigsaws available, we cannot guarantee the standard Coping Foot will work with your saw. To be sure, check Collin Tool’s Guide jigsaw compatibility for the standard Collins Coping Foot.
